Good news! The Vet called to report that the cytology on Sammy's fluid showed NO CANCER CELLS. As you might imagine we breathed a huge sigh of relief upon hearing that news. She has to go back in for another scan in 2-4 weeks (presuming nothing else presents itself before then). Considering what happened to her, this is the best possible outcome.
